By accessing, registering on, or using the jilisuper platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with jilisuper's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. jilisuper reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use jilisuper, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jilisuper or any of its affiliated companies;
• You have not previously been excluded from jilisuper or any affiliated platform.

jilisuper reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on jilisuper. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify jilisuper immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jilisuper reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

All deposits to your jilisuper account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. jilisuper accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jilisuper may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change;
• jilisuper does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to verification completion;
• jilisuper reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

All transactions on jilisuper are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

jilisuper offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus is offered and form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued and are non-transferable;
• jilisuper reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Where a player attempts to exploit a bonus through irregular play patterns, jilisuper reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it;
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jilisuper and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jilisuper staff or other players;
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or account closure measures;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the Platform.

jilisuper employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, jilisuper may take immediate action without prior notice, including account suspension and legal action where warranted.

All content on the jilisuper Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of jilisuper or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any jilisuper trademark, logo, or brand element without express written authorization;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of jilisuper's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by jilisuper.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilisuper, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jilisuper's reasonable control;
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

jilisuper's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilisuper is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek assistance. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted through the jilisuper support team and will be processed promptly.

• Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion;
• During a self-exclusion period, jilisuper will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform;
• Players under self-exclusion may not open new accounts on jilisuper;
• jilisuper complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and player protection guidelines.

jilisuper reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete identity verification.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jilisuper support. Upon account closure:

• Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to verification;
• Any bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited;
• jilisuper will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law and regulatory obligations.

Where an account is terminated by jilisuper due to a breach of these Terms, jilisuper reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

jilisuper reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, jilisuper will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to jilisuper's internal dispute resolution process. Players may contact the support team to initiate a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
